When you click an offer, deal link, or coupon on ShopDifferent, you are redirected to the merchant's external website. Any purchase, transaction, warranty, return, or dispute is strictly between you and that third-party merchant, subject to their respective terms and policies.

3. Accuracy of Pricing and Availability

Product prices, promotional codes, shipping terms, and inventory availability change rapidly. While our engine queries authorized merchant feeds in real time, the final price, currency, taxes, and shipping fees displayed during merchant checkout take legal precedence over figures displayed on ShopDifferent.

4. Acceptable Use and Automated Access

You agree to use ShopDifferent solely for personal, non-commercial shopping comparison, or in accordance with an active Pro subscription. You agree not to engage in denial-of-service attacks, automated bulk scraping that degrades platform performance, or attempts to circumvent access controls.

All third-party brand names, logos, product titles, and trademarks referenced on ShopDifferent are the property of their respective trademark holders. Reference to them does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement beyond authorized merchant agreements.

ShopDifferent is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopDifferent disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on merchant deal data.
